IMPERIAL Shipping Paraguay launches two new pushboats

Two new push boats, Herkules XVII and XVIII, were officially named in the Paraguayan capital of Asunción in the presence of more than 300 guests on 28 September. The person officiating at the ceremony was Zenani Mandela-Dlamini, the daughter of Winnie and Nelson Mandela and the South African ambassador in Argentina.

Many guests travelled to the port of Asunción, including Horacio Cartes, President of the Republic of Paraguay, the German ambassador Claudius Fischbach and his predecessor Claude Robert Elnner, who now works for IMPERIAL Shipping Paraguay. A number of other ambassadors joined the ceremony from the neighbouring countries of Brazil, Uruguay and Bolivia.
